Loosing weight has been a very popular subject. Some are successful in this journey and some aren’t and they ask “why?” “what am I doing wrong?” “why won’t they go away?” “why do they keep coming back?”. If you’re in the category of people who don’t think they are loosing weight or loose it and still gain again, I’m here to solve that issue. 

When starting this journey, there are 3 things involved:

  1. A good workout routine which you have to stick with, 
  2. Knowing the right food to eat,
  3. Knowing the right drink to take. 

I’m going to be looking at all these factors and giving you tips to help. Are you ready friend? Let’s go. 


Having days and time set for your workout session is a good start. Don’t exercise on Monday in the morning, then exercise on Wednesday in the evening and the next time would be on Saturday. It’s not helping! If you have work or go to school, pick a time you know you’re going to be free you can stick with it for at least 5 days(but I advice 6,Monday to Saturday). If you’ve decided the time that will be okay, you go on to pick the exercise that will give you the result you want. You could decide to focus on abs/flat tummy, or hips, or waist or the whole body. If you having problems picking, well work on everything using this 6days work out challenge which you could try for 4 weeks and see how it goes. 

These 6 days exercise is working on all muscle and fat. 


You don’t have to starve yourself just to loose weight, if you do that you will end up gaining the weight back when you decide to eat. You just have to take out some food from your diet and add in a much healthier ones that won’t make you gain weight. 
What To Eat

Take out junk food! Reduce carbs. 

Add these weight loss foods: Banana, Berries, Apple, Water fruits, Dry fruits, Coconut, Grapefruits, Lemon, Tomatoes, Oranges, Avocado, Pomegranate, Papaya, Celery, Cucumber, Broccoli, Cabbage, Beans, Spinach, Peppers, Watercress, Onions, Leafy Greens Vegetables, Quinoa, Oatmeal, Farro, Buckwheat, Barley, Chis Seeds, Brown rice, Salmon, Nuts,etc

When To Eat

Rather than eating three big meals, you could eat little portions of food every 3-4 hours each. Don’t eat after 8pm or wait 2 hours after eating dinner before going to bed. Cancel midnight eating, it’s not going to help you…. at all! Don’t go eating fruits all at once. Space it out because fruit can make your tummy bloat. That is quite annoying. 


Take away alcohol and carbonated drinks. Drink enough water at least 8cups of water a day.

  • Drink water especially before meals
  • Eat eggs for breakfast
  • Drink coffee(preferably black) 
  • Drink green tea
  • Cook with coconut oil
  • Take a Glucomanannan supplement 
  • Cut back on added sugar
  • Eat less refined carbs 
  • Go on a low carb diet
  • Use small plates
  • Exercise portion control or count calories 
  • Eat spicy foods
  • Do aerobic exercise 
  • Eat more fiber.
